Engineer to join its team! As Quuppa team member, your tasks will include remote and on-site support for customers in technical questions related to Quuppa’s products.

As a Quuppa team member, you will work in an international environment, with a diverse group of team members and a diverse set of technical issues. We are looking for someone who excels in teamwork and should be comfortable when interacting and communicating with customers. In this role you will interact with leadership within Quuppa, and with customers (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
Investigate, troubleshoot, and take ownership of partner technical issues, both internally and externally.
Assist with the development and execution of sales plans and proposals
Present and demonstrate the Quuppa product offering and platform, including representing Quuppa at technology at trade shows and conferences
Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Operations, etc.
Deliver technical customer training.
Assist your team in the creation of relevant support materials and tools.
